This 2-hour session is designed for new Mac users, as well as those of us who have been using it for years but may have missed some of the basics that could help us interact with our Macs more effectively.

Registration is limited to eight attendees so that we can keep it small and fun.

   Some personal/home projects (photo library, make a slide show to share)
   Some Home/Business uses (using Mail, Address Book, iCal and creating presentations in Keynote)
   
6. How to get quick answers when you are stuck.

Textbook is optional: The Little Mac Book, Snow Leopard Edition, by Robin Wiliams. So that we have enough books on hand, please purchase your registration to include the book (choose the ticket "registration including textbook"). This book is highly recommended because it will help you apply what we cover after the session and serve as a handy desktop reference. Handouts are included in course fee.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can get comfortable and settle in for 2 hous of enjoyable learning and interaction. The Collective is located behind the building, near Gamble’s back door. The meeting room is straight through the office space toward the back.
